John Cullum and wife Emily Frankel bought the very best, most powerful vacuum that Consumer Reports advocated -- an expensive, marvelously efficient, do-everything, complicated, thoroughly guaranteed Sears machine.
"I busted my butt over it." John says, as he describes how he tried, but even with help from Sears' help line, he couldn't get a major part attached.
